Kareem and his crew did a great job with my landscaping. He had numerous issues to deal with. I had had 7 trees removed and the sprinkler system was damaged. He sodded, planted flowers and repaired the sprinklers. I have had great comments on the yard. He is very reasonable and professional. Thanks Kareem!
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I hired Best Landscape Service in February of this year. Best Landscape Service performed a number of jobs to our backyard which included leveling the backyard, laid sod, planted flowers and placed a garden pond in the backyard which Best Landscape Service had contracted someone to perform placing the garden pond. Best Landscape Service contracted Brenda with Exotic Aquatics. Also we hired them to place a flagstone patio to our backyard along with LED outdoor landscaping lighting. We encountered issues with the patio. The flagstone was not stable and wobbly. My husband and I had to hire someone else to replace the flagstone patio due to Best Landscape Service never returning our calls or text messages with several attempts to contact them in order for them to repair the flagstone patio since we were guaranteed that the company's work was guaranteed to be of quality and to meet customers' satisfaction. Another issue was our garden pond. When it rained, the rain would run into the pond causing dirt to flow into the pond. After several attempts of trying to contact Best Landscape Service to voice our concerns, no one ever returned our calls so that's when my husband and I hired Brenda with Exotic Aquatics to assist us with fixing the issue. Brenda was very professional and offered to be of assistance and stated that she wasn't doing the job for praise but wanted to do what was right in fixing our issue. Exotic Aquatics even offered to aid with the financial burden of having to correct our issue even though she was not involved with the original lay out. I'm highly upset that Best Landscape Service did not follow through with the promise of guarantee quality work and customer service. I would not recommend their services because the quality of work was not to the best quality and unable to reach anyone with the company to voice our issues with their work!
